Digital Product Policy

IQScore provides digital products and services, including IQ assessments and personalized intelligence reports. Because digital products are delivered instantly, refunds are generally not available after successful access or delivery.

Eligible Refund Cases

Refund requests may be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payments for the same order
  • Technical issues that prevent report delivery
  • Billing errors caused by system malfunction
  • Unauthorized transactions verified by investigation

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided when:

  • The report has already been successfully delivered
  • The user changes their mind after purchase
  • The user disagrees with the IQ score or analysis results
  • Incorrect information was provided during the test

Refund Request Period

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking system.
